Vizyrs L.L.C. is a boutique advisory company, focusing on originating, structuring and closing transactions in sectors critical to economic growth. His Excellency, Dr Fawaz Al-Alamy is a seasoned advisor to the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a former Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry.

H.E. Dr Al-Alamy is the author of two books: “Understanding Globalization” and “The Accession of Saudi Arabia to the WTO”. He is also the Chairman of Northern Trust Company in Saudi Arabia, a member of the boards of Saudi Transport & Investment Company (Mubarrad), Al-Bakri Holding Group and Al-Fatah Water Security Company. H.E. Dr Al-Alamy has a PhD in energy physics from the University of Kent and a business and finance diploma from Stanford University. He is a member of the International Trade Experts Team of the WTO and a visiting professor in trade law at London City University (UK).

His experience base spans investment banking, asset management, mining, agriculture, power, liquid fuels, water infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, and other sectors critical to economic growth. Fazel is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, completed his Masters degree in Economics at New York University and has undergraduate qualifications in Development Studies and African political economy.
