End Seals for Flexible Packaging Printing
Whether your goal is to maximize durability for large print volumes or to achieve clean and leak-proof printing with water-based or solvent inks, our portfolio of high-performance materials holds a suitable solution.

End Seals for Label Printing
Although printing speeds tend to be moderate, UV inks have a relatively abrasive effect on the end seals. Typically, everyday printing is characterized by short runs and many job changes with the associated color changes. End seals therefore need to offer high sealing efficiency with good wear-resistance and a price level that makes sense for frequent changes.

End Seals for Coating Units in Sheetfed Offset
Coating units in sheetfed offset presses for inline coating of printed sheets operate on the principle of a flexographic printing unit with a chamber doctor blade system. Typically, water-based coatings or UV coatings are used. Depending on the working load of the coating unit and the coating job structure, the service life of the end seals sometimes extends over weeks, so they must have good durability.

End Seals for Corrugated Printing
Post printing of corrugated sheets is exclusively done with water-based inks. Depending on whether the end seal is used in an inline printing unit or on a special post printer, it is exposed to different levels of mechanical stress. The end seals should therefore offer high resistance to water-based inks and corresponding cleaners and need to show high dimensional stability.

HTS Silicone Grease
Food grade silicone lubricant that is suitable for use in both low and high temperature environments. HTS is water-resistant, chemically inert, has excellent insulating properties and a very long lifespan in conditions where conventional greases fail.
HTS is odourless, tasteless, non-conductive and non-staining.
