The Vinfoil Optima Cold Transfer (CT) Module is all about customization. It allows for adjustments in foil saving, job preparation, lifting, and other options to fit your exact requirements.
Base Unit
The Base Unit is the core of the Vinfoil Optima, designed to handle foil delicately, avoiding contact with its sensitive side until application. It uses Vinfoil’s bi-directional extended locking shafts for smooth unwinding and rewinding, fitting most 3″ cores, and features advanced speed and tension controls through its Direct Foil Drive and Break systems. Operator-friendly elements include a touchscreen interface, remote chucks, diameter sensors, and a web guiding mechanism, alongside a foil web break sensor for immediate malfunction detection. Additionally, its Multireel capability allows the use of multiple smaller reels, significantly reducing foil waste.
